i am a 27 year old, previous cat lady, new dog mom, organizing enthusiast, first time home owner. i purchased my house in november 2014 and wanted to share my experiences in creating this old house in to my home.
this little brick rancher is all mine!
the house is a one level with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. a living room and kitchen are nestled between the bedrooms and the transformed bonus room made from the garage. an additional garage was added on the back by previous owners. the home was built in the 60's with very limited updates. most fixtures appear to be original to the home.
i have spent the last 6 months updating and renovating the house. i plan to update weekly about my wins and fails at renovating, decorating and transitioning. please be kind.
